Situated in a charming corner of Tuscany that embraces the authentic heart of region.
Villa Remignoli, nestled in a delightful spot in the heart of Tuscany, can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
From the swimming pool and terrace, you can enjoy views of the rolling hills and the beautiful town of San Gimignano, famous for its skyline of medieval towers.
Both indoors and outdoors, the villa offers comfort and welcoming spaces to relax and dine together.
There is a covered porch, outdoor barbecue, terrace, and garden with shady pine trees and benches which provide many peaceful corners where you can fully appreciate the surrounding natural beauty.
The garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The caretaker and his family live on the property, in a cottage separate from the villa, which is shared with the owners when they occasionally visit.
The villa shares only one wall with an adjacent house.
